School District Superintendent Selected to Attend Leadership Event
Superintendent Pruitt is slated to attend a leadership event in South Carolina next month for black school educators.

For the second consecutive year, School District of University City Superintendent Joylynn Pruitt has been selected to attend a leadership event for black school educators.
Pruitt will travel to Charleston, South Carolina, later this month to attend The National Alliance of Black School Educators’ (NABSE) third annual National Leadership Institute.
“This institute provides the opportunity to network with superintendents from across the United States about issues of importance to students here in University City,” said Pruitt.

Pruitt is among 74 superintendents nationwide attending the institute. Attendees were selected from the 366 African American superintendents in the U.S.
