Sell More Books With Branding o July 8, 2015

How can you stand out in a sea of authors? You need a brand.

At the St. Louis Publishers Association meeting (Wednesday, July 8, 2015), multi-published fiction author, Claire Applewhite, and memoir writer and publishing consultant, Linda Austin, will discuss their brands and how they developed them. They will share expert advice and brand-building tips you can use to develop your own strong, marketable brand. These techniques will enhance your image and ultimately help you sell more books.

This not-to-be-missed discussion will cover: β€’ What is a brand? β€’ Why is branding important? β€’ What is niche branding and what can it do for you? β€’ How do you find your brand? β€’ How the right logo helps to communicate your brand? β€’ How can you carry branding through to your books and website design? β€’ How can you use branding in book signing events? β€’ How can you engage social media to convey and grow your brand? β€’ Learn how to stand out and be memorable!

LOCATION: THE HEIGHTS / Richmond Heights Community Center / The Angus Room / 8001 Dale Ave., Richmond Heights, MO 63117 Doors open at 6:30 PM for networking. Business meeting begins at 7:00 PM and continues till 8:30 PM or so with networking continuing afterward till about 9. Monthly Meeting Admission: Non-member Guests – $10 per person, cash or check at the door (Guest fee will be applied to Membership if you decide to join at that meeting).
