The Green Center's Winter Nature Play programs are now open for registration!

Β  Connecting children to nature has beneficial effects on a child’s health, development and well being.Β  Worldwide research continues to report that as children continue to have less contact and time outdoors, they lose touch with the natural world.Β  β€œNature play” programs reconnect children to nature and offer them experiences to explore, discover and interact with the natural environment.Β

Β Β  Many β€œnature play” programs will take place in our Discovery Garden which became a certified Nature Explore Classroom in 2011!
