The victims stated person(s) unknown entered their unsecured apartment and stole electronics  and the vehicle.  A witness stated he observed a BM, mid 30's, wearing a green hat and blue backpack, enter the victim's vehicle and drive away.  The vehicle is described as a 2004, Hyundai Elantra, 4-dr., silver.
