• Long-Term Full Road Closure Scheduled on Missouri Route 47 near Hawk Point (boonecountryconnection.com) — Drivers from Wentzville will be part of the main detour routes when Missouri Route 47 near Hawk Point closes for up to two months starting as early as the week of October 5. Eastbound and westbound traffic will be rerouted through Wentzville via I‑70 and U.S. 61 while crews rebuild the Bohemian Church Road intersection, with work expected to finish by summer 2028.
