Board to Consider Proposition 3 Site Plans

The Wentzville Board of Aldermen is slated to meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at .

The consent agenda includes several site plans for construction in the Wentzville School District. The building additions will be funded through the passage of Proposition 3 in April.

• Phil Fanara of  applicant on behalf of the property owner, Lou Malamas of THF Wentzville Development, LLC, is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit associated with expansion of outdoor storage and display of garden supplies for Wal-Mart. The site is located at 1971 Wentzville Parkway. 
• Cory Atkinson, applicant on behalf of the property owner, Charles Harris, is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage and display for Go Buddy Campers. The site is located at 2182 E. Pitman Avenue. 
• Larry Larsen, applicant on behalf of the property owner, Jeff Zornes, is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for preowned vehicle sales for Revolution Motors. The site is located at 12526 Veteran's Memorial Parkway.

• Bax Engineering, applicant on behalf of Wentzville R-IV School District, is requesting site plan approval for Lakeview Elementary building addition. The site is located at 2501 Mexico Road.
• Bax Engineering, applicant on behalf Wentzville R-IV School District, is requesting site plan approval for building addition. The site at 555 East Highway N.
• Bax Engineering, applicant on behalf of Wentzville R-IV School District, is requesting site plan approval for building and paving additions. The site is located at 405 Campus Drive.
• Resolution No. 11-355 — A resolution of the City of Wentzville, Missouri, approving an improvement guarantee agreement for subdivision amenities for a project titled “Stonemoor."
