You may sign up at the fair office during the week of the fair; Must be signed up by 8:30 am Saturday, July 30, 2011 - No exceptions for any reason.

- All contestants must be a resident of St. Charles County.
- Only one adult will be allowed in the judging area with child during judging.
- Child cannot be more than 24 months of age at the time of contest.
- Child must have number in visible sight during entire judging time. Numbers are available upon registration. Bring them to the contest on Saturday morning
- Contestants may only wear a plain white T-shirt or white onesie and a diaper. Plain socks and tennis shoes will be acceptable. Plain hair ties are acceptable if the hair is long. NO HAIR RIBBONS, TIES OR HATS.
- Girls and boys will be judged separately in each age category followed by the twin category. Times will vary on each age category. No late arrivals in any age category accepted. Once judging has started no babies allowed to enter the judging area.
Birth to 3 months
4 months to 8 months
9 months to 15 months
16 months to 24 months - A child may only enter in one category.
- Registration forms may be picked up at the information booth at the fairgrounds anytime during the fair up until 8:30am the day of the contest. NO LATE REGISTARATOINS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!! There is no entry fee. Trophies and ribbons are given. All persons entering the fair must pay admission to register or watch the contest. You may have your hand stamped as you leave the fairgrounds Saturday morning if you want to return that evening free of charge.
