Flex and Strength Class

Lake Saint Louis adults are invited to join instructor, Sharon Olson, as she incorporates poses and stretches from yoga and Pilates to increase strength, flexibility and body and mind awareness. This class  is open to students of all skill levels.  Modifications will be presented to vary the intensity level for each pose, ranging from beginner to advanced.

Please bring a mat to class.

The class is offered for six weeks on Monday or Thursday afternoon.
