The Lake Saint Louis Ambassadors are having an Oktoberfest on Saturday Oct 1, 2011 as a fundraiser for our annual Fireworks Display in July.This will be held at The Meadows Shopping Center. Previously they had depended on donations, but the last couple of years it has gotten very difficult, probably due to everyone tightening their belt a bit. We felt that having a community fund raiser would be a lot more fun for everyone. There will be brats, saurkraut funnel cakes , pretzels and beer. We will also have a children's corner with a Bounce House, face painting and balloon tying. Since this is a fundraiser for the 2012 fireworks on July 4th, we are asking for a donation to the fireworks instead of an admission fee. So mark your calendars.
