Tai Chi Yo Flo Classes

Tap into your chi energy with this ancient art of flowing movements that focus on total body movements and improve flexibility, range of motion, and mental concentration through a series of exercises, forms, stretches and qigong movements.  The course will cover all aspects of mind and body health and also provide a wide range of experience of various tools to aid in stress reduction.
