Wentzville School District students who need to update their immunizations for the 2011-12 school year are encouraged to attend this immunization clinic. Appointments are available from 8:30 to 11 am and 1:30 to 5:30 pm. Please call to schedule your appointment.
The St. Charles County Department of Health requests that this clinic be reserved for those families without health insurance.
