Author Amy Sklansky will be in to read her new book for preschool-aged children.
Sklansky will read You Are My Cupcake in a sweet storytime for preschool children and their families at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 3, at the St. Charles City-County Library .
The author will also share two of her other popular books, Daddy and Me and The Duck Who Played Kazoo.

Sklansky will have special cupcake stickers for all program participants. After storytime, kids will be allowed to decorate a cupcake to take home and color a cupcake coloring sheet.
Main Street Books of St. Charles will be on hand to sell two of Sklansky’s titles in board book format: You Are My Little Cupcake and Daddy and Me.

For those who just want to purchase a book, drop by at 11 a.m. The author also will be autographing books.
