Lake Saint Louis Board Choosing Ward One Alderman Tonight

A special 5:30 p.m. meeting of the Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen will choose a replacement for Ward One Alderman Harry Slyman, who

At 5:45 p.m., the joint work session of the Administrative and Finance Committees will discuss the following items:

• Sewer Lateral Insurance Program
• Stormwater
• Primary Seat Belt Ordinance
• Community Showcase Program
• Basement Wall Insulation

The 7 p.m. regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen will consider the following items:

• A public hearing for a special use permit for Lake Saint Louis Academy, a daycare facility located at 11210 Veterans Memorial Parkway.
• A temporary liquor license for the Ambassadors at Oktoberfest
• A change of zoning for a two properties southwest of Interstate 64.
• acceptance of streets in the Prospect Village residential subdivision

And, in new business:

• The voluntary annexation of property currently owned by Rhodes Properties, LC 
• An authorization of the first year renewal option of a contract with Thoele Paving, Inc. for the annual overlay program
