Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen Meeting, Joint Work Session Agenda Set for Dec. 19

On the agenda for tonight's 5:30 p.m. joint work session at theare discussions about:

• Amending the stormwater and park sales tax bill
• Civic Center roof
• F350 and Ford Escape Purchase

On the agenda for the 7 p.m. board of aldermen meeting are:

• A public hearing on an application for a Preliminary Subdivision Plat for a site is on approximately 2.073 acres and zoned SR1, located south of Interstate 70, east of Ellerman Road, north of Savoy Drive, and west of Deloire Drive.
• An ordinance imposing a and calling for an election for the approval of such tax.
• An ordinance to adopt a budget revision.
• An ordinance approving the preliminary plat of two tracts of land containing approximately 2.07 acres generally located north and  west of Ellis Drive, the resulting subdivision containing four separate residential lots and to be known as “Lake Saint Louis Plat 273."
• A resolution authorizing the necessary documents to renew a line of credit with First Bank at the bank’s prime rate of interest, plus 1%, with floor of 5.5%.
