At 7 p.m., the board of aldermen meets with the following items under consideration:

  • A public hearing on an application submitted by the Wentzville School District for a site plan review for an addition and added parking at Green Tree Elementary School.
  • A liquor license for Harry & Kumar, LLC (formerly Lake Saint Louis Phillips 66) and for beer and wine not in excess of 14% in the original package, not for consumption on the premises, including Sunday sales.
  • A liquor license for a Max and Erma’s special event at The Meadows concert series June 2, June 16, July 7, July 21, August 4, August 18, September 1 and September 15, 2011.
  • An ordinance establishing a special tax levy for the year 2010 unpaid weed violations.
  • An ordinance authorizing an agreement with R.G.B. Construction Company providing for continued street maintenance on the site of the Villas at Ridgepointe.
  • An ordinance authorizing the acceptance of streets in The Villas at Ridgepointe Plat One, Plat Two, Plat Three and Plat Four and the stormwater collection systems serving the lots.
  • An ordinance to authorize an agreement with St. Charles County for the purpose of accepting transfer of the remaining performance-guarantee funds posted by Griffith Acquisitions, LLC, guaranteeing the installation or maintenance of sediment and erosion control.
  • A resolution authorizing a request for funds from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services.
  • A resolution adding the assistant city administrator to the list of authorized city credit card holders.
  • A resolution to recognize the Jardin du Lac Garden Club for a significant and positive impact on the parks and our community during the past 39 years, and officially name them β€œFriends of the Park."
