MoDOT to Close Lanes on I-70 over the Blanchette Bridge July 26 - Aug. 8
The Blanchette Bridge will undergo its annual safety inspection.

It's annual safety inspection time for the Blanchette Bridge, and MoDOT will be closing some lanes of Interstate 70 starting July 26. The work will continue through Aug. 8.
Crews will start with the westbound bridge July 26 - Aug. 1, closing the two right lanes and then the two left lanes. Lanes will close from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. during this first phase.
Inspection then moves to the eastbound bridge Aug. 1 - 8 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. As before, crews will start with the right lanes and move to the left lanes.
