Mossy Oak® Properties of the Heartland expands in Missouri

Washington, MO- Mossy Oak Properties of the Heartland is pleased to announce the opening of Mossy Oak Properties of the Heartland-Gateway Land and Farm, LLC in Washington, Missouri. The office will be owned and operated by Michael Gosche.

Gosche said the proximity to the St. Louis market makes Washington the perfect location for his office. “With our location, just outside a major metropolitan area, the land market is exceptional. From developers and investors, to the weekend warrior looking for their own piece of recreational property without having to drive too far, rural property is in high demand. We are also very fortunate to have some exceptional farmland in our area, and have extensive contacts in SEMO, where I grew up.”
