
The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) will hold “Operation A.R.R.E.S.T” (Alcohol Related Response Enforcement Strike Team) this weekend.
Operation A.R.R.E.S.T. will take place in on Saturday, March 19. The operation will begin at 7 p.m. and end at 3 a.m. on Sunday, March 20.
Operation A.R.R.E.S.T. will utilize five Missouri state troopers. The five troopers have been chosen because of their dedication and leadership in removing intoxicated drivers from Missouri roadways.

The purpose of Operation A.R.R.E.S.T. is to increase the motoring public’s awareness of the potential hazards of operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition, to maximize enforcement efforts in deterring impaired driving, remove intoxicated drivers from Missouri roadways, and to reduce fatalities and injuries through vigorous enforcement of Missouri traffic laws.
