Park in Dardenne Prairie Nears Completion

Dardenne Prairie's new community park will feature a bandstand and amphitheater with fountains and a waterfall, a picnic pavilion and two playgrounds, a slide from the upper features to the lower features and a concession with a patio.

The patio will also have a water feature, a "spray ground" with water jets squirting randomly.

Dardenne Prairie is offering naming rights to the various park features as well as landscaping beds, and is planning a grand opening of the park at its Sept. 17 Prairie Day celebration.
