Public Hearings

  • Floyd E. Wood of Floyd, Inc., applicant on behalf of property owners, Floyd E. and Christine L. Wood, are requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for Outdoor Storage and Display for Wentzville Garden and Material. The site is located at 5286 Highway 40-61.
  • Phil Fanara of , applicant on behalf of the property owner, Lou Malamas of THF Wentzville Development, LLC, is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for expansion of Outdoor Storage and Display for Wal-Mart. The site is located at 1971 Wentzville Parkway. The applicant has made a request to table this request; the board will have to approve the tabling.Β

Wood, are requesting approval of a directory sign for Wentzville Garden and Material. The site is located on the north side of the North Service Road to Highway 61 approximately 1,000 feet west of S. Callahan Road, with an address of 5286 Highway 40-61. This motion requires PZ approval only.Β 
  • 11-19-PZ β€” Steve Rolwes of Bax Engineering, applicant on behalf of the property owner, Kari Monsees of are requesting Site Plan approval for the Building Additions. The site is located on the northwest corner of Highway N and Perry Cate Blvd., with an address of 561 East Highway N.
  • 11-20-PZ - Phil Fanara of Wal-Mart, applicant on behalf of the property owner, Lou Malamas of THF Wentzville Development, LLC, is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for expansion of Outdoor Storage and Display for Wal-Mart. The site is located on the northwest corner of W. Pearce Blvd. and Bear Creek Dr. with an address of 1971 Wentzville Parkway.Β Β The applicant has made a request to table this request; the board will have to approve the tabling.Β 
  • 11-21-PZ β€” Don Kassebaum of Point West Properties, LLC, applicant and property owner, is requesting Site Plan approval for Office and Warehouse Expansion for Point West Properties, LLC. The site is located on the north side of Enterprise Drive, approximately 800 feet west of Edinger (Parr) Road, with an address of 103 Enterprise Dr.
