Today marks the unofficial beginning of summer — the pool is open. 's Progress Park pool opens to the public today.
The pool is open from noon to 7 p.m. from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Individuals wishing to use the pool must have a membership or pay the daily usage fee. Pool memberships are seasonal.
pool features a 100 foot water slide, deep diving well, lap lanes and a baby pool. The baby pool is restricted to children aged 6 and under. Children ages 9 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult ages 16 and older.
