Three Wentzville Residents Injured in Crash

The accident occurred on Tuesday on Interstate 70.

Three residents were injured in a two-vehicle accident on eastbound Interstate 70, east of Interstate 270.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.

A 2000 Ford Explorer and a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix were both eastbound on I-70. Traffic slowed and the Grand Prix, driven by Shante N. Bradley, 34, St. Louis, swerved to avoid the slowed traffic.

The Ford Explorer, driven by Roger D. Parks, 53, Wentzville, struck the rear of the Grand Prix, causing it to overturn. The Grand Prix continued and stuck the median wall, the report stated.

Parks and his two passengers, Alicia J. Parks, 34, and Georgia F. Parks, 27, both of Wentzville, sustained moderate injuries. All three were taken to DePaul Hospital by Pattonville Ambulance.

All parties involved were wearing seat beats, according to the report.
