Haleem Rayford, Nik Jehle, and Cody Coleman helped lead the Wolves to a 23-9 record over the past three years and into the playoffs twice. Β
Second team All-Conference running back Haleem Rayford will attend the University of Central Missouri, where he will play for the Mules and major in business and music technology.

First team All-Conference Linebacker Nik Jehle, the Wolves Defensive Player of the Year, and secondΒ team All-Conference offensive lineman Cody Coleman, the Wolves Β Offensive Lineman of the Year, will both play for Benedictine College in Atchison, KS.
