Timberland Journalism, Yearbook Students Haul Awards Back to School

The Timberland High School newspaper and yearbook staffs earned 18 individual awards at the Sponsors of Student Publications Journalism Conference at Webster University March 12.

At the conference, The Wolf's Howl newspaper received a superior rating and the school’s yearbook, Wolf Tracks received an excellent rating. More than 650 area high school journalists attended the conference, where they participated in workshops and panel discussions with local journalists and professionals in the field.

Ida Hoffmann is the newspaper and yearbook sponsor.
