• Pie practitioners (fairfieldsuntimes.com) — Belgrade residents recently showed off their baking talents at the first Belgrade Fall Festival Pie Contest, held Sept. 19 at the Belgrade Senior Center. Six winners were recognized across adult and youth divisions, with judging help from the Belgrade mayor, deputy mayor, and local officials. Organizers praised volunteers and participants for making the new festival tradition a sweet success.
• Belgrade man accused of robbery, obstruction, theft (bozemandailychronicle.com) — A 37-year-old Belgrade resident was arrested after Bozeman police say he punched two men, stole a wallet, and then hid from officers in a bathtub before being taken into custody. Investigators report visible injuries on the victims, missing property, and fresh abrasions on the suspect's hands. He faces potential robbery, assault, and obstruction charges and has been released on bond.
• Thursday 9-24-26 Window Installed, Walking & Having Fun (blogspot.com) — Travelers staying at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds describe driving to Andy's Glass in Belgrade to have an overhead window installed on their RV, ultimately feeling underwhelmed by communication and workmanship. They plan to remain in the area a couple of days to ensure the sealant sets and the window doesn't leak, then return to relaxed reading and walks around the Bozeman fairgrounds.
