1. ExxonMobil sues Department of Transportation over cleanup (bozemandailychronicle.com) — ExxonMobil is suing the Montana Department of Transportation in Yellowstone County District Court, arguing the agency should share costs for cleaning up long-standing petroleum contamination at the Billings Tank Farm site near Coulson Park and MetraPark. The company says it has spent over $10 million since 2011 on the east Billings Superfund cleanup and claims MDT's decades of operations, missed deadlines, and alleged mismanagement worsened pollution affecting nearby land and the Yellowstone River.

Two Billings brothers turn poop scooping into a growing small business (ktvq.com) — Two teenage brothers have brought their Big Sky Scoopers pet waste business to Billings and are now cleaning yards across much of the city while taking new clients. Their mom says the work is teaching them entrepreneurship and money management, as the growing pet-care market in Billings supports several similar services.
