Convicted felon from Billings sentenced to more than three years in prison for unlawful firearm possession (falloncountyextra.com) β A 65-year-old Billings man has been sentenced to just over three years in federal prison, plus three years of supervised release, for illegally possessing a firearm despite a prior felony conviction. Billings police found the handgun, BB guns, and ammunition after checking on him asleep in a parked car, and the case was prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney's Office.
