• Tim Goodridge hired as Billings TIF coordinator (tncontentexchange.com) — Billings has hired longtime local official Tim Goodridge as the city's first tax increment financing (TIF) district coordinator, giving neighborhoods a new point person for redevelopment dollars. He'll help City Council and staff review funding applications and support the East Billings, South Billings, and Downtown Billings urban renewal districts, following a council compromise to keep districts separate while tightening administrative budgets.
