From the City of Billings: The Noise Ordinance Subcommittee will hold its second meeting on Wednesday, August 7th, at 4:00 PM, in the City Hall Conference Room. The meeting is open to the public. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City related business decisions will be made.
