UM Launches Survey On Missoula Public Land Use During Pandemic
Responses will be kept anonymous to the degree permitted by the technology being used. The survey will be available through May 4, 2020.
April 20, 2020
The University of Montana’s Department of Society and Conservation is conducting a research project to study how Missoulians are using outdoor recreation to cope with the recent COVID-19 stay at home directive. Residents are invited to take a brief online survey to share their thoughts on the use of parks, trails, and open space during the pandemic. Survey responses will be used to inform land managers and park administrators about the trends in park and recreation use and how best to provide safe and supportive services during the COVID-19 restrictions.
