• Targhee Pass East work wraps up for the season (mt.gov) — Roadwork on U.S. Highway 20 just west of West Yellowstone has wrapped up for this construction season, improving nearly nine miles of this heavily traveled route. Drivers will see smoother pavement, a rebuilt section near the South Fork Madison River Bridge, and a new culvert at Buttermilk Creek, with final chip sealing and added turn lanes planned next year to boost safety and reduce crashes.
