About the Artist: Damon Wayans Jr is an American actor, comedian and writer. &nbsp;Widely known for as his character Coach on New Girl on Fox and before that as the character of Brad Williams in the ABC sitcom Happy Endings for which he was nominated for the Critics' Choice Award for Best Supporting Actor. &nbsp; In 2014, he starred in the comedy film Let's Be Cops, and provided the voice of Wasabi in Big Hero 6 which Won an Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film of the Year for the 2015 Academy Awards.&nbsp; Wayans Jr. made his film debut when he was cast in his father's feature film of 1994, Blankman, playing Young Kevin. He later appeared on his father's sitcom My Wife and Kids as John, one of Junior's friends. He later worked as a staff writer on the series. In fact, the character of Junior was loosely based on Wayans Jr. himself. He appeared in and served as a writer on The Underground. Wayans Jr. also surprised audiences when he garnered a standing ovation during his debut appearance on Def Comedy Jam. He starred in the Wayans family comedy Dance Flick as the film's main character, Thomas.&nbsp; He has been on tour selling out all over the country in theatres and casino’s.&nbsp;

Ticket Pricing: $44.99 for regular entry, $54.99 inculdes regular entry and a 30-minute head start. During this event, curated by muralist Hylan Miller, participants will receive a list of murals to find across the city, featuring pieces that showcase Omaha’s creativity, neighborhoods, and stories. The hunt is self-guided, so you can explore at your own pace while tracking down murals, snapping photos, and seeing parts of the city you might normally miss. Agenda: 11:30: Head Start Check-In (TBD) Noon: Event Start Check-In (TBD) 3 PM: Mural Discussion by Hylan Miller (Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel) 4 PM: Event Ends – please stay and enjoy the Cottonwood Room after the event. Some teams will treat it like a challenge, others will take their time and enjoy the art along the way. Prizes will be awarded (details coming soon), and participants can purchase an optional early start if they want a head start. The event wraps up at 3:00 PM at the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel, where Hylan will walk through the murals featured in the hunt, sharing background on the artists, styles, and stories behind the work. Guests are invited to stay afterward to enjoy the beautiful Cottonwood Room, while also learning a bit about the history of the hotel, one of Omaha’s most iconic gathering places. Bring comfortable shoes, your phone for photos, and a sense of curiosity – you’ll see Omaha a little differently by the end of the day.
