Logan West recently joined the Benchmark Mortgage Omaha team as Director of Enterprise Development. His primary focus will be as a liaison between our team and the community more specifically, the Veteran community.  At Benchmark, we want to align with people who share our same core values. Logan will be taking the lead in identifying, cultivating, and developing new partnerships, alliances, and opportunities within the community. We are fortunate to have someone of Logan's caliber and servant heart leading the way in our industry. He is a strong communicator who is customer-focused with a deep passion for building long-lasting relationships. Please help us welcome Logan to the Benchmark team. Benchmark has been setting the industry standard for over 20+ years, we are proud to have helped make the American Dream of homeownership become a reality for more than 100,000 Americans.

Logan's career started after graduating from the University of Nebraska Omaha in the insurance industry before he transitioned into the work of financial services. Prior to enrolling at UNO, he enlisted in the Nebraska Air National Guard, where he served 6 years in the 155th air refueling wing. He spent 4 years as an intelligence analyst and 2 years attached to an EOD unit. To be able to connect and educate fellow Veterans, active duty, first responders and the community in general about the Benchmark mission is an opportunity he could not pass up!

Logan is married to Kara, who is a Nebraska state employee, and they live outside of Glenwood, IA where they raise their three children, Layne (9), AJ (3), and Morgan (3mo). They also have two German Shepherds Dexter and Kevin (yes, Kevin from Home Alone). During his free time, Logan enjoys creating memories with his family, hunting, golf, and anything with wheels and a motor.
