ā¢ Papillion Middle School band teacher named Nebraska teacher of the year (thereader.com) ā A Papillion Middle School band teacher has been named Nebraskaās 2027 Teacher of the Year, bringing a major statewide honor right into the local classroom. Zac Konrad, who has taught in Papillion since 2017, was chosen from thousands of educators for his relationship-focused teaching and community involvement, and will now represent Nebraska in the National Teacher of the Year competition.
