β’ Trial postponed for Waco man accused of punching man in York alley and stealing money from vulnerable adult (justmelaniew.com) β A Waco man's York County jury trial has been postponed as he faces multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, including assault, terroristic threats, and financial crimes involving a vulnerable adult. Investigators say a stolen bank card was used for thousands of dollars in purchases and ATM withdrawals in York County and several Nebraska cities, with security footage allegedly tying the suspect to the transactions.

β’ Mustangs gallop past Knights on gridiron (yorknewstimes.com) β A lopsided eight-man football matchup in Waco saw McCool Junction roll past Nebraska Lutheran 70-19, with Mustang junior Jaxon McDonald scoring six touchdowns. Despite some bright spots from Nebraska Lutheran's offense, including a long kickoff return and solid rushing from Gio Martin, the Knights struggled to move the ball consistently and finished with negative team rushing yards.
