WHAT KIND OF SPEECH IS HE EXPECTED TO DELIVER?

There used to be talk about the differences between President Trump and Campaign Trump as shown in the difference in tone between his Afghanistan speech on Monday and his campaign rally on Tuesday. But as he demonstrated with his speech to the Boy Scouts, sometimes, there is no difference.

ANYTHING ELSE?

Yes. As part of his appearance, the president is scheduled to sign the Veterans Appeals Improvement and Modernization Act. THERE WILL BE ROAD CLOSURES

The Reno Police Department to close several streets between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. for the president's visits.
