Huge news for the Spring Mountain corridor. South Korean coffee giant theVenti is teaming up with Japanese supercar tuner Liberty Walk to open its first U.S. location.

The companies will take over part of the new XYZ² campus (the former Wells Fargo regional center at Spring Mountain & Arville). The location will combine the massive 20-ounce Korean grain drinks theVenti is known for with a high-end custom car tuning and lifestyle space.

Before the permanent location opens in 2027, the partnership is hosting a "Preview Pit Stop" during SEMA Week (Nov. 2-7). The preview will feature a 1-of-33 LB-Silhouette WORKS Nissan GT-R R33.
