- Las Vegas homicide detectives are investigating a missing woman's body that was found in the desert south of Las Vegas on Saturday. Police were called by a hiker who found a woman dead in a desert area near Sloan. The woman was reported missing to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department the day before her body was found. (FOX5 Las Vegas)
- A Las Vegas woman won a $1 million jackpot at the Cannery, a north Las Vegas casino. The winner was playing a Buffalo Grand slot machine at about 2:20 a.m. when she made a $3.75 bet and hit the progressive jackpot totaling $1,024,065. It was the second major Buffalo jackpot at a Boyd Gaming property this summer. (Las Vegas Sun)
- Police are continuing to hunt for the driver who left a Las Vegas 15-year-old to die on Friday night. (Las Vegas Review-Journal)
