  1. Turmoil at Las Vegas City Hall could be a sign of a brewing scandal. Councilwoman Michele Fiore faces a federal investigation into her campaign finances and a colleague has accused her of bullying and abusive behavior. Councilwoman Victoria Seaman says Fiore physically assaulted her early this year. (KNPR)
  2. Family members identified a woman found dead in the desert south of Las Vegas as 24-year-old Destiny Jackson. A hiker discovered the body in a desert area on Saturday near the 1700 block of Las Vegas Boulevard South, just south of the SpeedVegas racing attraction, the Metropolitan Police Department said. (Las Vegas Review-Journal)
  3. Approximately 150 Afghan refugees will now call Nevada home as they begin to resettle. (FOX5 Las Vegas)
