Bill No. 2021-32 - Amends LVMC Chapter 19.04 to add a new section to provide procedures and standards by which parklets and streateries may be established within public rights-of-way and adjacent to public sidewalks in order to provide certain amenities, and amends LVMC Chapter 19.18 to provide corresponding definitions.
