An eight-year-old boy is in a hospital in Henderson after being rescued from a wave pool at Cowabunga Bay water park on Sunday. The incident happened around 6:15 Sunday evening.The lifeguard on duty jumped in, pulled the boy out, and immediately started performing CPR.He was then rushed to Sunrise Hospital. His parents sued, charging there were not enough lifeguards on duty.
