Elton John Leaving Las Vegas: Announces Final Concert In May
The final show of his residency at Caesars will be Saturday, May 19, 2018.

Elton John isn't saying "Goodbye, Yellow Brick Road," but he is bidding farewell to Las Vegas. The rock legend said his final performance at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace will be May 19, 2018. John has played two long-term stints there dating back to February 2004.
His first run was five years long and saw John perform 243 shows for almost one million people. If you have an iPhone, click here to get the free Patch iPhone app.) He returned to Caesars in September 2011 and since then has performed more than 200 shows for nearly 900,000 people.
"For over a decade, Elton John and his band have graced the stage at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, performing all the hits that have defined a generation," says Caesars Palace President Gary Selesner.

The current series of performances have been called "The Million Dollar" shows, after his piano, The Million Dollar Piano. It was specially crafted for him, features more than 68 LED video screens and took nearly four years to construct.
