FBI Las Vegas Launches Anti-Trafficking Campaign
The bureau worked with Clear Channel Outdoor to put up a series of electronic billboard that will stay in place for at least one year.

The FBI's Las Vegas Field Office on Thursday unveiled a new campaign designed to raise awareness about human trafficking. Working with Clear Channel Outdoor, the bureau has established a display that will run on 10 area electronic billboards for at least the next year.
"Human trafficking We'll listen. We'll help." says the message which is next to a picture of a woman's mouth being covered by a man's hand.

The billboards will appear in English, Spanish, and Chinese and alternate among the 56 area locations controlled by Clear Channel Outdoor. At a press conference, the special agent in charge of the Las Vegas Field Office of the FBI, Aaron Rouse, said that 70 percent of victims are trafficked for prostitution and the rest or labor.

Last year, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police recovered more than 100 children who were the victims of trafficking.
