Feds Charge Gang Stole Vehicles And Sold Them
Indictment charges members of The Yung Money/Yung Gunz Bloods Street Gang operated in several states including Nevada, California, & Florida

An indictment unsealed this week in federal court in Las Vegas charges 16 alleged members of The Yung Money/Yung Gunz Bloods Street Gang with running an operation that rented vehicles, stole them, and then sold them. The gang allegedly operated in Nevada, California, Texas, Tennessee, Arizona, and Florida.
Prosecutors say that gang members would create fake documents that they used to open bank accounts, which they used to get debit cards, which they then used to rent the vehicles.
The vehicles would then be transported across state lines and sold to unsuspecting victims.

Prosecutors say that the defendants produced fraudulent car titles and other documents to deceive buyers who were required to pay cash for the vehicles, which were listed for sale on sites like Craigslist.
The defendants allegedly used social media to communicate with each other and to brag about their criminal activities.
The indictment resulted from an investigation carried out by several agencies including the FBI Las Vegas Division, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, and the Houston Police Department with assistance from the FBI’s Houston and Atlanta Divisions.
