Fire Captain Charged With Child Sex Crimes Held On $25K Bail
Richard Loughry allegedly paid $300 to have sex with a woman he thought was 22. She was 15.

It's $25,000 bail for the Las Vegas fire captain charged with paying a teen to have sex with him inside his fire station. A judge told Richard Loughry Thursday that if he makes bail, he will still have to remain under house arrest without access to the internet.

Loughry was arrested Monday and is charged with soliciting prostitution of a minor, child abuse, neglect, or endangerment, statutory sexual seduction, and lewdness with a child under the age of 16.

The girl, who had advertised herself as 22, is actually 15.
Loughry, who has been placed on leave, joined the department in May, 1997.
