  1. Neurosurgeons at Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas just performed first-of-its-kind brain surgery in Nevada. Southern Hills Hospital is the first in the state to use new technology to remove brain tumors. This type of procedure is for people who have been diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor, meaning it's cancerous and can invade and destroy nearby tissue, spreading to other parts of the body.   2. Caridad Gardens will host free Trauma Recovery Yoga (T.R.Y.) on Wednesday, Nov. 17th from 1 p.m. through 2 p.m. Delivered in a yoga flow, T.R.Y. techniques help rebalance the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems to bring about an overall feeling of wellbeing. T.R.Y. can help those suffering from insomnia, anxiety, panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, flashbacks, and other effects of trauma held in the body. (News3LV)
  3. A Las Vegas man has been sentenced to 27 years in federal prison for coercing a teenager into sending sexually explicit photos and downloading hundreds of images and videos of child pornography. (News3LV)
  4. An argument escalated into two men opening fire at one another in Las Vegas on Monday night, according to police, though nobody was apparently struck during the shootout. (News3LV)
