A man is under arrest, charged with murder in connection with the human remains found in concrete at Lake Mead earlier this month. Edward Bedrusian is charged with first degree murder and will be arraigned on Tuesday. The remains were found covered with a tarp and dirt near Nelson's Landing, a popular cliff-jumping area. The remains have not yet been identified nor have police said what led them to Bedrusian.
