A convicted felon killed a man's dog and stole the man's vehicle is under arrest, charged with a slew of felonies including maliciously killing a dog and possession of a stolen vehicle. Randy Burrell was arrested at a gas station on South Nellis Boulevard. Police say he was armed at the time.The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police were contacted last week by a man who said his Dodge Ram had been stolen from his driveway.
