Las Vegas Police Charge Man With Murder In Downtown Shooting

Michael McNair is accused of shooting a man during a fight on Las Vegas Boulevard North.

A 30-year-old man is charged with first-degree murder after a deadly fight Thursday night. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police say that Michael McNair and another man - who has not yet been arrested - were in a physical fight with a third person when they shot that man.

Officers had responded to the 1200 block of North Las Vegas Boulevard around 9:30 p.m. Thursday where they found a man on the sidewalk, the victim of several gunshot wounds.

Not long after, officers found McNair - who matched the description of one of the suspects - and arrested him.
