Las Vegas Police Seek Carjacking Suspects

The victims were not injured and the car was recovered but the suspects. who were armed, are still at large.

Take a good look at the couple in the photo. Las Vegas police say that the couple stole a car at gunpoint last month in the area of West Smoke Ranch Road and North Torrey Pines Road.

Police say that the two had driven a car to a town home in the area. The driver briefly ran inside at which point a man with a gun got in the car and forced the passenger out.

A neighbor helped the two follow the car and they located it nearby in the parking lot of an apartment complex.

There the carjackers were rifling through the car.

Confronted, the man lifted his shirt to reveal a back handgun.

The thieves then fled in a gold colored car.

A short time later, the victim’s credit card was used in two different locations.
Surveillance video captured the male and female suspects as they were leaving one of the businesses.
